The Flip Flop Comeback: Styling for Every Occasion

One of my favorite spring/summer trends that has come out of 2025, is the simple flip flop. No, it seems a flip flop is not just for pool side, but for the runway, date night, drinks with the girls or a browse around town.

Now there’s nothing especially daring or avant garde about a flip flop. But for some reason, perhaps because I live in the UK the thought of raring a flip flop out and about is daring. But lets face it, the shoe has been around for years and years. I wore them as a child every summer or out in the garden. They’re outwardly…normal? I think there’s a feeling that they look lazy and ruin a what may have been deemed a clean, put together outfit. But in my eyes, what the celebs, and thousands of Pinterest posts are showing, they can be the maker of one.
